This 30-minute beginner-friendly session for a one-time fee of $9.99 is perfect for easing into fitness and building healthy habits. You'll move through light cardio, strength training, and stretches designed to energize your body and clear your mind.
Before starting, make sure you have:

Two dumbbells (optional but helpful)

A towel
This workout is designed to be gentle and supportive—listen to your body and don’t exceed your limits. Go at your own pace and rest when needed.
NOTE: You’ll get a 1-minute and 5-second break between workout sections to catch your breath and reset before jumping into the next round. (Break times may vary.)
